What is Priority Positioning?
Priority Positioning places you ahead of all free waitlist members in the Batch 01 allocation queue, planned for 30 Exo.1 pieces. Your $7,500 USD deposit has been received and is held securely through Shopify. Nothing about your watch is finalized until you personally confirm your order.
What payment methods can I use for my deposit?
Deposits are processed securely through Shopify using major credit and debit cards. For clients who prefer it, we also offer PayPal as an alternative checkout option, subject to PayPal's standard terms and processing fees. Refunds follow the same Parivas deposit and refund policy, with any non-refundable processing fees determined by the payment provider used.
Is my payment really fully refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is refundable, with terms designed to be clear from the outset. Within 6 days of purchase, you receive a full refund. After 6 days from the date of purchase, a 2.8% non-refundable processing fee applies. Any time before you confirm your watch, a refund is available. All refund requests are handled promptly and personally by the Parivas team.
Does Priority Positioning guarantee me a watch from Batch 01?
Priority Positioning gives you priority access, not an absolute guarantee. It secures your place ahead of all free waitlist members, but allocation ultimately depends on your position relative to other Priority members and the number of pieces available in Batch 01. If Batch 01 is fully allocated before we reach your position, you may either carry your deposit forward to the next batch or request a refund.
When will my purchase window open?
We contact Priority members first, then free waitlist, when your allocation window opens. No exact dates yet — Batch 01 allocation progresses sequentially. You'll receive direct email notification of your status.
What happens if I'm on the free waitlist and Batch 01 sells out?
You'll roll automatically to priority for Batch 02 and be notified when allocation opens. No purchase required to hold your place.
If I'm confirmed for Batch 01, can I purchase more than one Exo.1?
Confirmed allocations allow purchase of one Exo.1 per position.
How is my payment processed?
All deposits are processed securely through Shopify and, where selected, PayPal. Parivas never stores your card details directly. If you request a refund within 6 days of purchase, you receive your full deposit back. If you request a refund after 6 days, your refund will be your deposit minus the 2.8% non-refundable payment processing fee. In all cases, refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Will there be more pieces beyond 30?
Batch 01 targets 30 pieces. We may adjust for demand, but this won't impact existing members' queue positions or rights.
Is the Exo.1 available outside the United States?
Batch 01 is U.S.-only. Future batches may expand internationally — join the free waitlist for updates.
When is delivery expected?
Each Exo.1 is hand-assembled in Los Angeles, CA by the same team who designed it. We ship only when it meets our standards.
Can I cancel my Priority Position after joining?
Yes, request a full refund anytime before allocation confirmation via support@parivas.com.
If Priority positioned but not allocated Batch 01, can I get a refund before Batch 02?
Yes, request a full refund anytime prior to confirming a Batch 02 allocation. Your payment carries forward unless refunded.
If I confirm my allocation and build starts, can I still get a refund?
No, priority payment becomes non-refundable once you confirm and production initiates. Full terms in your confirmation email.
What happens after I confirm my allocation?
We email build timeline (2–4 weeks start), payment capture details (if not already), shipping estimate, and warranty registration. Track via personal portal link.
When will I be charged?
$7,500 Priority payment captures immediately on signup (refundable pre-confirmation). Full watch price charged on allocation confirmation.
What is included in my purchase price?
One (1) Exo.1 watch, two (2) straps, watch box with tools and papers, 2-year warranty, and white glove U.S. shipping.
What if my watch arrives defective or damaged?
Reach out to contact@parivas.com within 14 days for free repair/replacement (U.S. only). 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Can I transfer or sell my Priority Position?
No, positions are non-transferable to maintain queue integrity. If you try to sell your Priority Position, you will be removed from the queue and potential future release queues.
Do I pay duties and import taxes?
U.S. buyers are responsible for sales tax (collected at checkout). International future buyers will be responsible for all duties and import taxes.
What if Parivas cancels production?
If we cancel your batch, we will issue a full refund as promptly as possible, subject to our payment processor's timelines and applicable U.S. law. You will receive email updates at key stages of the refund process.
