The Founders

Mickey Brown
Co-Founder & CEO

Brown comes from an aerospace engineering background and led Parivas from concept through six years of development to production. The Exo.1 is the physical expression of Mickey’s design philosophy.

Jared Woods
Co-Founder & CCO

Woods shapes how Parivas is seen, felt, and understood — from brand identity and product storytelling to the digital experience and launch communications. Every public-facing expression of Parivas passes through his creative direction.

Justin Chang
Co-Founder & COO

Chang is Parivas’s operations and process lead, overseeing the manufacturing stages, production infrastructure, and internal standards that make being an independent horological house possible.
