Delivery We pride ourselves on a highly secure and timely delivery experience. All orders are shipped from the United States through our trusted delivery partner who ensures your timepiece is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Every shipment is fully insured, providing you with complete peace of mind. You will receive a Confirmation of Order that contains an initial estimated delivery time and more information about your order. Parivas will keep you appraised of progress via email as your watch progresses from Order Confirmation, through production and final delivery. While delivery times are guided by our shipping provider and may vary, we strive to deliver your purchase seamlessly. For those who are located or plan to be in the greater Los Angeles area and appreciate a personal touch, we are delighted to offer the option to drop off your watch in person. If special delivery arrangements are required, our team is ready to assist; additional fees may apply - contact us at Concierge@Parivas.com.


Watch Returns We recognize that your preferences are as unique as our timepieces. If you choose to return your Parivas watch, we offer up to a 50% refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) within 14 days from the date you receive your delivery. Returned watches will be inspected by Parivas upon receipt. To ensure a smooth process, the watch must be in its original, unused, pristine condition (meaning the same condition as received, with the security seal intact) to qualify for the full 50% refund. If the watch shows any signs of wear, damage, or use, Parivas reserves the right to reduce the refund amount at its sole discretion. To initiate a return, simply contact us at concierge@parivas.com with the subject line “Request for Product Return - [Order #],” and include a brief explanation of why you are returning the watch. Our team will handle the details with care and discretion, and your refund will be processed promptly after we receive and inspect your timepiece. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A customized or personalized watch or watches are not eligible for a refund or return.


Apparel and Accessory Returns We strive to offer a refined shopping experience. If your apparel or accessory doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt to return it. Accessories must be unused, and apparel should be unworn with all original tags intact to qualify for a refund. Start the return process by contacting us at Concierge@Parivas.com with the subject line “Request for Accessories and/or Apparel Return - [Order #],” including a brief reason for the return. While the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, we will ensure that the product refunds are processed swiftly and efficiently upon receipt of the items. Please note that return requests are not accepted beyond 30 days, so we encourage you to act promptly.
