General These Parivas, LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms") governs all offers and purchases made on www.parivas.com ("The Website"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Process
Product Selection You start shopping for your order by visiting www.parivas.com (the “Website”). Then navigate to the watch models section of The Website, select the model you want and select “Reserve Yours”. You can also navigate to the apparel or accessories section before or after you configure your watch!
Watch Configuration You will be required to complete the configuration steps as prompted by The Website for the selected watch.
Shopping Cart Review You will then review the contents of the shopping cart and select the preferred purchase option. The Website will dynamically update the cart price in accordance with your selection. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm the sub-total amount before proceeding.
Additional Selections You will have the choice to proceed to checkout or select the option of adding apparel, accessories, or watches, to your shopping cart before checkout.
Checkout and Payment Upon clicking checkout, you will get to review the final purchase amount, inclusive of applicable sales tax, and then submit and pay for your order by selecting “Checkout”. For orders involving a non-refundable deposit to be slotted on the waitlist, sales tax will be applied to the deposit amount.
Confirmation of Payment Receipt After submission of the order, a confirmation of payment receipt will be auto generated and emailed to you.
Confirmation of Order Parivas, LLC. within an unspecified amount of time after receiving the confirmation of payment receipt, will send a follow up Confirmation of Order email where you will be informed of our formal acceptance of the order and be given other pertinent details like, but not limited to: estimated delivery date.
Status Updates Parivas, LLC. will keep you appraised of progress via email as your watch progresses from Order Confirmation, through production and final delivery.
Pricing All pricing presented on The Website is in $USD and includes shipping and insurance costs within the continental United States of America, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel a Purchase Agreement that contains errors in wording, printing or calculation.
All pricing presented on The Website for international customers will include shipping and insurance costs, but will not include customs fees, sales tax, or VAT taxes. These additional costs will be itemized at checkout and added into the total price of the product.

Payment Payment must be made through an approved payment method before order confirmation and shipment of a Parivas, LLC. product or service from The Website. The currently supported payment methods, which will be shown at checkout, include those provided by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Apply Pay, Google Pay, or by bank transfer (i.e. wire transfer). In the event that an Order is placed through email, payments may be executed by bank transfer, or by using the link provided by Parivas, LLC. in an email, to the secure Shopify, inc. payments website. In the event that an order is not accepted (due, for instance, to issues affecting stock or any other reason which Parivas, LLC. may determine at its sole discretion), any part of the Purchase Price already paid shall be reimbursed to the Buyer on the account used by the Buyer to make the original payment, within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping & Delivery Parivas, LLC. ships from the United States through its preferred shipping provider. The estimated delivery time starts from the date of receipt of the Confirmation of Order. The shipment time is provided by the shipping provider, is considered an estimate, and is not binding to Parivas, LLC. If you request a special delivery, this may be subject to additional delivery charges.
We partner with a leading domestic & international courier to deliver your Parivas, LLC. products securely. Every shipment is fully insured, guaranteeing peace of mind from our door to yours.
Inspection and Acceptance Upon receipt of your Parivas, LLC. watch you will have 14 calendar days to inspect and ensure the product meets your expectations. For all other products offered on our website and online store, you will have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return said products. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will constitute acceptance of the product as received. If the product is found to be defective upon inspection, please follow our return process as outlined in the Shipping & Returns section. We reserve the right to inspect and verify any claimed defects before authorizing a return or replacement.
Warranty All Watches sold by us under these Terms & Conditions of Sale are covered by the Parivas, LLC. USA limited Warranty. Please visit USA Limited Warranty for details. NO WARRANTIES ARE PROVIDED HEREIN IN ADDITION TO ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY APPLY TO THE WATCH PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Cancellation Policy and Waitlist Your position or slot in the production queue are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This applies to the waitlist as well.
We may, from time to time, cap our production order queue to scale our production process while maintaining the rigorous quality standard for each of our watches. During this time, the “Add to Collection” option will be unavailable (either disabled on The Website or via inactive email link) and the “Join Free Waitlist” will be available. In such cases, you will only be able to join the waitlist at checkout. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified by email when the opportunity to pay in full to secure a production slot becomes available.
You may opt out of your slot on the waitlist at any time prior to submitting full payment. Cancellation at this stage will result in loss of your waitlist position. Additionally, if you are offered the opportunity to pay in full, and you do so, your order is considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Once the Confirmation of Order email is issued, all sales are final and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
. Returns & Refunds We recognize that your preferences are as unique as our timepieces. If you choose to return your Parivas watch, we offer a 50% refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) within 14 days from the date you receive your delivery. Returned watches will be inspected upon receipt. To ensure a smooth process, the watch must be in its original, unused, pristine condition (meaning the same condition as received, with the security seal intact) to qualify for the full 50% refund. If the watch shows any signs of wear, damage, or use, Parivas reserves the right to reduce the refund amount at its sole discretion. To initiate a return, simply contact us at Conierge@Parivas.com with the subject line “Request for Product Return,” and include your order number along with a brief explanation. Our team will handle the details with care and discretion, and your refund will be processed promptly after we receive, inspect, and make a determination about the condition of your timepiece. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A customized or personalized watch or watches are not eligible for a refund or return.
If you wish to return any accessories and/or apparel, you will have 30 days after receipt of these item(s). The process will be facilitated directly by emailing Concierge@Parivas.com with the subject line, “Request for Accessories and/or Apparel Return” and in the message body, include your order number and a brief reason for your return. We will process the return directly using this medium. You are responsible for the cost of the return. In order to receive a full refund (not including shipping or delivery fees), please ensure the accessories are unused or uncut, the apparel unworn with the tags still attached. A refund will be issued within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the items. Returns will not be accepted after the aforementioned 30 days.
If you wish to exchange any accessories and/or apparel, you will have 30 days after receipt of these item(s). The process will be facilitated directly by emailing Concierge@Parivas.com with the subject line, “Request for Accessories and/or Apparel exchange” and in the message body, include your order number and a brief reason what you want to exchange with specifics like size, color, etc. We will process the return directly using this medium.
